Harbour Garden Cottage is over 200 years old and was built originally as a fisherman’s cottage, over the years it has been tastefully extended and updated whilst retaining its original charm.

It is situated just a minutes walk from the Harbour and Seafront with its many shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage offers stunning sea and Harbour views either from a sun lounge or the magnificent but secluded large balcony.

Whilst quaint most of the Harbour cottages in Brixham lack outside space, this is where Harbour Garden Cottage proves so popular and sees people returning year after year – it boasts it’s own large “secret walled garden” a sunny, beautiful and relaxing space that is secluded and yet offers panoramic views of the Brixham harbour and the sea beyond.

The ground floor of the Cottage comprises a sun lounge with wicker sofa and dining furniture. Ideal for a relaxing meal whilst enjoying the superb sea and harbour views.

The main lounge of the property is tastefully furnished and has exposed wooden beams and staircase it comprises a large sofa, electric log effect stove and television with freeview and DVD .

It steps up to a second sitting room/children’s room with comfortable sofa bed to sleep two – original stonewalls with pine panelling and wooden beams. An ideal area to relax that can also be used for extra sleep options.

Finally, the gallery kitchen, equipped with modern units, a double electric oven and separate hob, washing machine, microwave and large fridge / freezer. The kitchen is well equipped light and airy.

A staircase then leads to a beautifully presented bedroom with double bed, pine slatted built-in wardrobe and cupboard - it has lovely whitewashed stonewalls with pictures to complement. A French door leads to an extensive balcony with stunning views and an array of plants and furniture.

The contemporary bathroom comprises a fully glazed walk in shower cubicle with electric shower. Modern high quality washbasin and wc it is Tiled from floor to ceiling with a granite effect warm vinyl floor.
